*DEPOSITS:* ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-Refundable!!!! Please know what you’re booking for and when. If you need to reschedule, you may do so If it’s more than 24 hours of your appointment by TEXT. Deposits are only transferable ONCE!! Please do not cancel an appointment if you just need to change something(Ex Appointment Type). Contact us first!!! ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!!!

*BOOKING:* Each service has pricing and what it entails. Please read carefully to choose what fits your needs best. Make sure your phone number and email are correct, as confirmations will be sent to you. CONFIRMATIONS ARE MANDATORY and are sent out to you at the beginning of the week of your appointment. Please confirm before the day of your appointment or your appointment will be cancelled and deposit is non refundable.(Strictly Enforced) If you make an appointment and need to reschedule, contact us by text. Deposit is only transferable ONE time. Your appointment will be cancelled if you reschedule more than once. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE you will have to schedule a new appointment!!!

*HAIR PACKAGES POLICY:*
*ALL HAIR PACKAGES MUST BE BOOKED A WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT!! (If you are booking a hair package, package MUST be booked by Wednesday 8pm prior to the week of your appointment) After you book a package, that's it! If you decide that you don't want hair or need hair after that, your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to pay full price of the install and any add-ons you have included. If you decide to reschedule hair package the week of your appointment, you must pay for hair in full before rescheduling or appointment will be canceled and deposit will be forfeited. PERIOD.

*Sick Policy* PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE. DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SICK OR WITH COLD SYMPTOMS. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED ON SITE AND DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. PLEASE TEXT US IN ADVANCE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

*Late Policy* If you are 10 minutes late or more, you will have to pay a late fee of $15. If you are 15 minutes late or more you will have to reschedule your appointment and deposit is non refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

**Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations MUST be made within 24hrs of service. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not cancel within 24hrs, you will be charged 50% of appointment balance. You will not be able to book until you pay off balance.
*No Children or Extra Guests unless receiving service for liability purposes. If you bring guests, especially without our knowledge, including children, your appointment will be canceled with no refund and you will have to reschedule your appointment.

*Hair Packages (Non-Refundable) *Schedule May Be Subject To Change. Scheduling adjustments may be made to make sure our day runs smoothly and efficiently. Also, just like you, I do have a family, so cancellations or rescheduling may happen in emergency situations. Please be patient and understanding as we will work with you to reschedule your appointment or refund you if necessary.
